With over 2,100 rental housing units in its portfolio, SWC is actively engaged in rapid expansion, leveraging extensive market knowledge and prioritizing collaboration with joint venture (JV) and equity partners, landowners, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver class-A attainable housing that enhances community living. SWC proudly supports Patriot Affordable Housing Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to creating attainable housing solutions for American veterans through innovative ground-up development projects. Additionally, we are committed to enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities through our support of The Friendship Circle of Greater Fort Lauderdale, an organization that excels in providing essential life skills training.
